Olam 2023 is open from 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm on Feb 3 and 10:00 am-10:00 pm on Feb 4 & 5.

How can I conduct my Workshops at Olam?

Workshops are organised on a profit-sharing basis with the host. Basic facilities for the workshop will be provided at the venue. Olam tickets are always included in the workshop sign up fee.

How can I book tickets for Olam?

We have different passes for single day entries, 3 day entries and children. Head to out the ticketing page to book your passes online. There is also an option to book tickets directly at the venue [Spot tickets].

Spot ticketing details?

Spot tickets are available for INR 250/day while you visit the venue. You can make the booking at the Olam ticketing booth at Tagore theatre. Please note: Online tickets are priced at INR 200, so save up and skip the queue by booking online through our website.

Is the site accessible for people with disabilities?

Olam is inclusive and accessible for everyone. We have specific facilities available for our disabled customers and also have access to disabled toilets & other facilities.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Currently, there is none. More details will be shared if any parking can be made available closer to the event.

What are the COVID regulations & policy at Olam?

We understand the importance of safety for all the festival goers and would be taking necessary steps to avoid any spread of Covid. You can read more at this link here. Hope that helps!

Can I distribute promotional items inside the venue?

You are not permitted to offer or distribute any consumer goods or commercial products of any kind (either for free or for sale) within the venue or purchase any such items from any vendors who are not authorized by Olam Festival.

How do I get to the festival?

The road route to Tagore Theatre is via Vellayambalam - Vazhuthacaud Road. The nearest railway station is Trivandrum Central Station. Take any BEST bus that halts at the Vazhuthacaud Bus Stop. You can always use taxi apps to get the location, add Tagore theatre as your destination.

I can no longer attend, can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the entire Festival is canceled, in which case you will be offered Tickets at any rescheduled Festival (subject to availability) and if the Festival is not rescheduled, a full refund.

Can I upgrade, change or cancel my tickets at any point?

Tickets are not transferable or cancellable. In case of any queries, write to us here. If the entire festival is canceled, you will be offered Tickets for the rescheduled dates.

Does the festival have any merchandise?

Merch will be available online and at the event. Keep a close watch for updates on the website, sign up to be the first to know!

Are pets allowed at the festival?

That’s a yes! We love having the furry friends around to make things even more joyful.

What items are allowed & prohibited at Olam?

The following items are NOT allowed:

xFlasks or concealed bottles of any kind
xBlades, knives, scissors, weapons or sharp objects of any kind
xProfessional video or audio recording equipment
xPocket lasers & laser pens
xSound systems, music instruments, megaphones, horns or noise makers
xAny flammable items like sky lanterns, fireworks, flares
xAny form of narcotics or banned substances
xGlass items - including makeup and perfume bottles
xAerosol of any kind - deodorants, perfumes

These items are OKAY to bring with you:

✓Your personal belongings - sunglasses, wallets, masks and such
✓Empty refillable water bottles are allowed - we will have drinking water stations at the festival
✓Regular sized backpacks or small single compartment bags - like sling bags, handbags, tote bags, etc.
✓Strollers and supplies for kids (1-4 years of age)
✓Sunscreen lotion and non-aerosol repellent
✓Hula hoops & skate shoes are cool :)

What medical assistance will be available at the event?

A fully equipped medical emergency team will be available to handle any situation at the festival from a health & safety standpoint.
